ITunes is thought to be one of the most completes tools to organize and play mp3 music files and the perfect partner for your iPod Shuffle, iPod Nano, iPod.
ITunes for Windows has a big job cut out for it. In the age of SaaS, the idea of downloading a music app is somewhat quaint, as well as the fact that, as one of Apple’s most famous pieces of software, iTunes isn’t an immediate slam-dunk for many Windows users. Click Download and Install, and wait for iTunes to do the job; If a pop-up doesn't appear, you need to manually start the installation process. For this, select your deice in the upper left corner of your Mac. Tap on the icon, and then click Update Download Update. This problem is not specifically related to iTunes version 12.4.3, but has been appearing since 12.3.3 far as I can remember. I also had it on OS X 10.11.4 and 10.11.5.
All my podcasts from a particular site no longer download.
I have many other podcasts (from other sources) which have no download issues at all.
It seems iTunes on my Mac has problems dealing with HTTP/1.1 redirects (302) for podcasts; I get the little round circle with exclamation mark in front of the podcast, and when i click on it :
I decided to launch Wireshark to see what was happening, and came to the conclusion iTunes seems to have a issues with a redirect it gets from the website.
The HTTP/1.1 request from iTunes asks to
which yields an empty page. The server responds with a 302 redirect to
which is the working podcast indeed. Moreover, when I open that URL in iTunes (File > Open Stream) it works also. Final cut pro 10.3.3 dmg. Yet despite this working URL, iTunes does not seem to be able to download / play the podcast though the redirect.
Not even directly from iTunes Store:
It happens for all podcasts of that company, which seems to have redirected all its podcasts from rf.proxycast.org to media.radiofrance-podcast.net
So my guess is that my iTunes has trouble dealing with this redirect. Unless it is something else, but I don't know what. Applications onedrive app contents macos onedrive unpin.
I tried accessing the podcast from another device (PC) and the podcast is all fine.
Reinstalled iTunes, recreated the iTunes .xml file, no change.
Unsubscribe, delete, resubscribe. Tried many things. Nothing helps.
Any ideas about where to look?

A new version of iTunes is available for download onto Mac and Windows computers, courtesy of Apple. iTunes 11.1.5 is only the latest in a long string of updates released by the Cupertino computer giant this week.
According to the iTunes 11.1.5 documentation on Apple Support, “This update fixes a problem that may cause iTunes to quit unexpectedly when a device is connected and improves compatibility with iBooks for Mac on OS X Mavericks.”
For Windows customers, the same build delivers fixes for an issue with inputting Japanese text in iTunes Store text fields. The same problem that may cause iTunes to unexpectedly quit is also addressed on Windows.
iTunes 11.1.5 weighs in at 232.7 MB on OS X computers, 137.7 MB on Windows 32-bit, and 148.9 MB on Windows 64-bit.
Although the update targets the latest version of Apple’s Mac operating system, it can be applied on all Macintosh computers with Mac OS X 10.6.8 or later installed.
For PC customers, Windows XP Service Pack 2 is the minimum spec. The new build also goes onto 32-bit editions of Windows Vista or 32-bit editions of Windows 7 and Windows 8. Supported languages include Deutsch, English, Français, Español, Italiano, Nederlands, Dansk, Norsk Bokmål, Polski, Português, Português (Brasil), Pусский, Suomi, Svensk, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and others.
iTunes 11.1.5 supersedes version 11.1.4, which Apple rolled out in late January, adding the ability to see your Wish List while viewing your iTunes library.
The update, released for Mac and Windows at that time, also improves support for Arabic and Hebrew, and “includes additional stability improvements,” according to the company.

For customers who haven’t updated in a while, this new version of iTunes further “resolves an issue where the equalizer may not work as expected and improves performance when switching views in large iTunes libraries,” according to Apple’s January changelog.

A KB article posted at the time revealed that iTunes had been affected by a number of security issues. One such vulnerability was described as follows:
“The contents of the iTunes Tutorials window are retrieved from the network using an unprotected HTTP connection. An attacker with a privileged network position may inject arbitrary contents. This issue was addressed by using an encrypted HTTPS connection to retrieve tutorials.”
Affecting only Windows customers, another flaw would allow a man-in-the-middle attack while browsing the iTunes Store via iTunes. Multiple memory corruption issues existed in libxml, all of which were addressed by updating libxml to version 2.9.0.
